From consideration of thieves’ flavors, a perfect stealing situation is:
No one is there? no one pays attention？
or Bikes are easy to be taken？
But, if the bikes can call for help and run...
The real identity of “Mr. Wheel” is actually a playful sculpture, his big size which attracts people from far away, when people come around and climb onto his
body and have fun, that’s his most happy moment.But that only happened when he is free, usually, he always pretended to be a bicycle stand, protect bikes
from rain and thieves, he’s so brave that when thieves coming he clutched the bikes tightly and rotated his body to make it hard for thieves to get off bikes.
Of course he always has little patience for the owners who have keys of their bikes.
